DISTRUBUTION GAPS

 Automotive aftermarket medium and small sized automotive businesses often face a supplier-to retailer distribution gap that can make sourcing OEM spare parts particularly difficult. In response to this issue, our organization across the country has built partnerships with automotive medium businesses in order to increase offerings of OEM spare parts for their consumers' use. As these efforts grow, partners are building connections between manufacturers and businesses that not only benefit but also the community at large.

In June 2020, automotive leader's experts in spare parts convened in Tel Aviv for OEM spare parts in small & medium-sized automotive businesses: Distribution Opportunities to Improve Service Quality. This national conference tackled challenges and best practices for distributing OEM spare parts to in small & medium-sized automotive businesses across Israel. This meeting sought to build connections among experts and identify ways to overcome distribution challenges in ways that are profitable for businesses and provide better access to Quality Spare Parts in workshop.

The Challenge: distribution Gaps, both medium and small sized automotive businesses today’s conventional distribution system is not designed to efficiently and effectively serve medium and small sized automotive businesses in Israel. By their nature, these businesses operate on a smaller scale than counterparts Big Distributors. Nevertheless, these businesses play a key role in their communities as a place to purchase spare parts, to gather, to provide jobs and to anchor commercial corridors.
